Carplay Maps Guidance Volume?

Does anyone know how to adjust the volume of the Turn-By-Turn navigation in Maps on Carplay? Originally I had it but all of a sudden it is gone? I do have "loud" voice prompts enabled in the maps settings but still no volume. Thanks.

The way I know is when it's about to announce the next turn start putting the volume up and you will notice a different voice icon overlay on the normal volume. Sounds dumb i know. Took me a while to figure it out...

Yup. When they are talking press your volume up button.

On the phone or car? Will have to guess when cause right now i have no volume. Its weird cause I hear SIRI fine - its only map directions i do not hear.

On the car. Also tap the screen and make sure you didn't mute the guidance.
