Installed a:

CTS Turbo Muffler Delete
IE Turbo Inlet
IE Cold air intake

First time around accidentally left the factory o-ring on turbo where the muffler delete goes on. Had a lot of boost leak.

Took it all apart removed factory o-ring, make sure the smaller inner CTS o-ring was installed (it was).
Still getting a lot of boost leak (almost like its fluttering) noise while accelerating, not making power.
The 2 screw clamps that are on the hose that goes to the turbo muffler, how tight should they be? They are cranked down pretty tight and are seated nice and deep. Also made sure that the 3 allen bolts for the muffler delete are tight.
I did not grease the CTS muffle o-ring much.. just 1 spot with a little engine oil to hold the ring in place.

Does the muffler delete only install one way? It seems it can go in any way you orient it.
What should i be looking for?

I installed this part - it only came with the muffler, reused the hose and clamps

Update - took it apart again, cleaned the inside of the outlet hose put it back to stock and now it is fine.

Old thread - I accidently left my factory o-ring on in addition to the inner o-ring and have never had a boost leak - I actually think it doesn't matter as long as the unit is torqued down correctly. There is no gap that I can see between the TMD and the turbo so I don't think it causes a sealing issue.
