Audi rims on golf tsi?

Hi all,
I am wondering whether this is a good idea or not.
I have found cheap (this is why i am considering )audi a4 5 spoke rims with tires that i am thinking about putting on my golf tsi with 15inch rims.
This is 17 inch rims 5x112 et 45. So it should fit on golf, right?
Should I do this? Any opinions are welcomed..

If these are OE A4 B6 wheels and ET45 offset they will fit nicely along with
either 225/45 and 235/45 tires. Older A4s are the same 57.1 mm center bore
as the Golf (while B8 and B9 don't).

Sweet! Thanks for the info. It has 235/45 so it should fit. I wasn't able to find any photos of mk7 with this rim on the internet. I guess i will figure that out when I mount this on my golf. Wish me a luck

Okay. So I booked an appointment to swap the tires/rims tomorrow . Will post photos. This will be first mod on this car so i am pretty excited...
