Are Turbo Blankets Worth the Time and $?

With the DP disconnected it's not so bad putting a blanket on, 10mins tops.

I also cut a part of that heatshield since it's not doing anything anymore if you got the blanket on, other than getting in the way (see pic I posted on page 5).

How do you figure that information is close to proving what I asked?

Because it's an entire paper where they reduce the variables to a turbo blanket in a controlled environment. The blanket resulted in decent power gains across the RPM range. Can't really get much better than that...
