APR spark plug recommendation question

Just a quick question regarding APR's recommendation for spark plugs. "Upgrading the spark plugs with Denso Iridium IKH24, gapped to 0.024" ±0.002" or 0.6mm ±0.05mm" I do not know which gaping would be ideal for my setup. Can anyone elaborate on this?

Those are the same sizes, one is metric and one is standard. They give you both measures just in case you use one or the other.

as in, .024" = .6mm
