Kinda-sorta. The "westernized" T55s have a 105mm main gun that uses ammo that west has en-masse. The Russian T55 has a 100mm gun that uses Russian ammo - something that isn't plentiful anymore in Ukraine.
So it's a modernized T-55? Isn't that pretty much exactly what the Russians have been using?

HA! Yes, but the Russians had (have) a miserable supply chain, so the lend-lease tanks came with very little ammo - Ukraine stopped using the t55 with the 100mm a long time ago.
