Likely the VIN list on VW’s website is not updated yet. I know when the fuel pump thing came out I got the physical notice first before the website list was updated

I don't know the answer to this but who makes the recalled springs? Assuming the springs pass required inspection and the paperwork was good, don't see how it makes a difference where VW chose to assemble the car (Mexico, Germany, Tennessee, etc). Good the manufacturing defect was caught, hopefully it wasn't due to a part failing and causing someone to be hurt or worse.

I bet it's mostly wagons. I've talked to several owners whose rear springs seem to sag or compress pretty early in ownership, especially the 4Motions.

Interesting. I plugged my 2017 GSW VIN in, no recall.
