Pressed a template on top with some paper, marked the cutout based on vents+scoop area.

Hand placed to determine if radiator support stuff would be an issue, didn't seem like it.

Test fit was spot on.

Drilled through the four pre-made holes and screwed in. Saw the upper left hole mostly lined up with a larger, existing hole already in the grill. Made a new hole a bit to the right of the existing one. Cleaned up the roughed cutout and tightened everything up. Snug as a bug. First problem was when I went to put the bumper back on I realized my new upper left screw was making contact with some plastic and I couldn't push the grill flush. I had to move my hole again to the right to clear that. Got everything tight and back together.

Radiator stuff did end up pressing on the left side of the scoop, enough to bend the grate a little bit at the front. No big deal, just need a couple more screws to hold it down in the front. 2slow is going to look at his and see if he can revise, but I think my IE IC just makes everything stick out a bit more.

Only thing I'd do differently to fix it is just mount it a little more forward on the grill to avoid the pre-existing grill hole from lining up, and to move the scoop a bit further out from the radiator mount stuff.
It's raining, 33 degrees, and my summer wheels are on, because I am dumb. So butt dyno stuff is going to have to wait a bit.
