This is a good price on one of these. IIRC I sold you my JB4 to go AccessPort.
To answer your question though, the AP doesn't have a MT or DSG designation, though it can have the DSG flashing upgrade on it. At this price, I don't think it does though.

Correct as above. Cobb OTS maps are all free and the AP works for both transmissions.
