It looks like someone went to Walmart, bought a can of orange spray paint, then spray painted the car.

That was a OEM, limited edition, package though in 2007:

Damn near bought a Fahrenheit GTI back then, I thought it looked great in that color. Ultimately the only reason I didn't was that I was a high ranking enlisted man in a smaller city and I didn't want everyone to know where I was. Got the R32 instead and LOVED it.

Hm, I think it's one of the coolest GTIs. I wish VW still did LE cars in America. the Fahrenheits, TDI Cup Editions, and R32's all had the unique number out of however many built the car was. Ugh I'd kill for a TDI Cup Edition

Picture is a bit misleading. I actually contacted the driver side front fender. It did have a hitch but no ball mount.
