Golf R offset question

thinking about running a 19x8.5 42et with a 235/35/19, only because I found a really good deal. Is there anyone on here running this setup while on ED springs? if so any pictures would be greatly appreciated. trying to find out how much poke there is. I ran the numbers through willtheyfit.com but wanted to hear it from someone first hand.
