What are these off of and will they direct bolt to a GTI?

They are off a 2006 Touareg. They will bolt up if u have steel knuckles. If u have aluminum knuckles u will have to get mk6 knuckles. U can find everything online by search 17z swap gti. https://www.golfmk6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105253
