10k-50k service pricing? Golf S Auto

Does anyone know the what each service typically runs?
Just bought a new golf and trying to determine if the prepaid 10-50k service deal is worth it. (No service was included)

And no I will not perform my own service.

Called a local dealer and got the following pricing:

Golf Auto GAS.
10k - $149
20k - $214
30k - $274
40k - $409
50k - $274

Total $1320. I assume before tax.

The dealer where I bought my car is offering a package of those 5 services for much cheaper than $1320. (400-500 less) So this is the first time I think paying for addon may make sense.
