Super car noob , and tried searching this and can’t find anything. I’m in dire need of a new wheel set for my GTI. Saw these on Fbook market place , doe anyone know if they will fit on my car? Appreciate any help I can get ...

They will fit fine, but as they are 45 series which is a taller tire, your speedo will be off -3.5% or so.
