How much does this stiffen up the car? Is the a good alternative to upgrading the front/rear sway bars?

It won't feel like away bars no, physically speaking it can't give the same type of handling as a sway bar would, just plain physics.
But i was surprised how it did make the car feel more solid in turns. I have this along with the trunk brace and rear sway...
