Why would someone get that instead of the BMS Pedal Tuner brand new for $179?

I looked at the Pedal Box on the website and it says that all it does is adjust the sensitivity of the throttle and that's what the BMS Pedal Tuner does also. I have one. If the Pedal Box does something else what is it?
