I'm really new to the world of upgrading my sound system and want to avoid making any costly mistakes. What i'm looking for is a very clear and clean sounds with some oomph, not a ground shaking system. So far I have ordered the items below
Uber Stealth sub box
MB Quart RLP 254 - 10" Flat Woofer 600 Watts Maxx 300 Watts RMS, 2.50" Dual 4 Ohm Voice coils, 82 DB, 25-160Hz,8.65 MM of Xmax,Push terminals
Rockford Fosgate R600X5 Prime 5-Channel Amplifier - 50 Watts x 4 + 200 Watts x 1 @ 4-Ohm / 75 Watt x 4 + 300 Watts x 1 @ 2-Ohm, 12dB/octave crossover
Before I order any replacement speakers I wanted to make sure that I had everything else set up. Are the above components a good starting point? Also, with the want of keeping the OEM head unit should I get a digital processor as well?
Any suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks Guys!
