How does the VR6 compare to the Corrado V6? I remember "racing" against one of those back in '95 with my BMW 328i coupe. We were neck and neck for what seemed miles, extraordinarily fun Misspent youthful days - sigh.

Beautiful car. One of my old neighbours used to own a MK1 GTI, then a MK3 2.8 VR6. It was a joy looking at and hearing these things. That's when the obsession with Golfs began

The first ever Golf I have driven was a relative's MK4 1.6 8V Automatic. I like how the C-Pillar on our MK7 drew inspiration from the MK4. Golf designs never grow old.

To quote an old vw phrase, progressive refinements. Loved my old 1.6 16v mk 4, very smooth car, not very economical though...
