Hey everyone,
I’ve seen there are lots of threads about upgrades from MIB1 to MIB2, seems abit complicated with the coding and all.

And now loads of 3rd party head units buy all the car stereo manufacturers.
I was spoiled with a new Skoda car until it was stolen that had CarPlay. Now I’ve got a 2014 Golf SV. Deffo with a MIB1 system.
What do you think is the best solution of the two options above? Both would enable CarPlay, but any thoughts?
