Help for making my own signature ?

I need a piece of advice , information , directions how to make my own signature with my own car on it . I want my signature to appear like those bellow :

Someone on the forum made a blank template for them a long time ago. I tried doing a search for it but couldn't find it.

hello, there was a guy in the forum who made a template, i edited the template using Photoshop
