Heater Support Pump Open Circuit.

Ready to race!
Hi all.

After the dealer replaced and EGR and the DPF on my GTD I now have a dash light and the fault code HEATER SUPPORT PUMP OPEN CIRCUIT.

I am assuming, they may have forgotten to electrically connect the auxiliary water pump.
Does anyone know where this is located, so I can try and connect it myself.
I am just sick of going back to the dealer again and again.

Cheers

Just for your info. I took the car back to the dealer, and it was indeed the aux' water pump connector

Think there may be two.
Drop the sump panel and there is a pump on the front side of the motor below the oil filter.
Another one on the rear (exhaust side), both have connectors to the wiring loom.
Start the engine and get underneath and feel if each of the pumps is running.
Obvs make sure you are not putting your hands into dangerous areas (y)

What is the "sump panel"? Is it so called splash guard or the oil sump? Reason to ask is car can not be started with oil sump dropped.
