Golf variant 2016, 2.0 tdi 150ps manual transmission fluid specification

(Sorry for posting this in general, was posted in technical section but got no answers) Hello all, I've Golf variant 2016, 2.0 tdi 150ps just hit 200k km, they always say manual transmission fluid is life time & it doesn't need fluid or oil change, but i wanna change so or so, what's the fluid/oil specification for this specific transmission, PGT 6 speed manual transmission.

All manual transmissions use 80-90w gear oil. I would check with a VW dealer to see if there is a certain spec number gear oil that's necessary. Good idea to change it.

Not really...I've had a look at my info & I cannot find a 6 speed manual European MK7 Golf with a "PGT" gearbox code...

FOUND IT!......

Its the same gearbox as the GTI...

MQ350...old design type 02Q...
1.6lt 85kW & 2lt 110kW diesel with AWD have MRV, PFM, PLR, & PGS
2lt diesels have PGT, PFL, PFN,
GTD diesels have PDT or SRB
GTI has code SDY, PNN, SQZ
GTI with PP has PNP, PNS, SDW, SQW, SAK or SQV depending on build date/bhp.

Gearbox oil capacities:-
Complete strip down & rebuild = 2.3lt
Normal refill = 2.15lt

Gearbox oil to VAG spec:-
G052171A2 basic oil
G052527A2 high performance oil
