going for an alignment on 5-5-21. Any suggestions?

After installing My front and rear sway bars, my car is in need of an alignment. I have an appointment tomorrow to get a 4 wheel alignment Done. Any suggestions for specific alignment Specs? This is a daily driver with alot of spirited driving and some drag racing events. Car is an 18 golf R. Stage 2 eqt ecu and tcu tunes. Unitronic IC, Unitronic catless DP, apr dogbone insert, afe dry filter, front superpro adjustable Sway bar, and rear ED adjustable Sway bar and Moog end links. Both are set to mid adjustment. Stock ride height. Do I just let them do their thing? Or do I need to tell them to set it at a specific setting. Thanks in advance!

Since you’re at stock ride height and your got no added adjustability via cambers plates, you’ll be fine with just telling them to get the car within factory specs and as much front -camber as possible. (Won’t be much of any beyond factory setting windows)
