I see loads of negative stuff on here about dealers/sales etc so credit where its due,when I'm buying something,whether its a car,a new telly,camera etc etc,I really hate the bullshit that often goes with it.So congrats to VW North Nottingham for unbiased,informative sales,no freaking creepy suit and waistcoat.I had enough of that crap from Audi so cheers Mark,I'll be back in 2 years if the trade-ins good enough!

I agree negotiations on price of cars/trade ins etc can be a pain. I tend to do a bit of homework on prices, Orange wheels is quite good as a starting point and then do battle on trade in. Fortunately it's only once every 3-4 years with myself. Good to hear of VW dealer in Nottingham who give a good service, I nearly went for a Audi A3 but their figures on my trade in were well below VW dealer.
