I got a 4.5% raise and 5% bonus a few minutes ago. It's not the million dollars I was hoping for

We did reviews but I won't actually get to know anything regarding a raise or real numbers until like May at the latest... which is kind of a bummer BUT there's rumblings about possibly getting a promotion to Senior level which would be super rad. Very unofficial/off the record information at the moment but it sounds promising

I now get reviewed at the beginning of the year but my salary only changes on the date I was last promoted.

Gotta wait til June to find out that exemplary gets the same amount as satisfactory
