Big Turbo Engine Seized

Hello, I d r o v e a '16 trendline golf with an is38. I also live in Canada, and hit a big piece of ice sticking out of the road. And the oilpan is plastic. I had do limp it for a short duration as I had concrete blocks 2 feet away from each door and after that it just welded together. Any idea where I can get a 2.0 engine? i believe the top end might be okay and the internals are dookie so I plan on frankensteining a 2.0 lower 1.8 upper ea888.3.

Look at LKQ? Not sure if they ship north of the border. And get an all track bellypan lol
