Audi S3 Intercooler upgrade worth it?

The Audi S3 intercooler is available for our cars. With it being not as expensive as some other brands and since it is an OEM part, is it worth it? Are the numbers there for the price? Or is it better to get an aftermarker name brand intercooler? Thanks!

s3 intercooler is popular mod for the mk6. But it isn't the best, i'd recommend Neuspeed, easier to install, and it was amazing!!

If you swap the intercooler, you only want to do it once. Go for the substantial upgrade and not the minor one.

If you are stage 2 I would definitely look at aftermarket upgrades.

The Golf R/S3 intercooler is a great upgrade to the stock GTI intercooler as it increases the capacity quite a bit without hurting throttle response like some larger intercooler will do. Great for Stage 1-2 street driven cars but you'll want something else if you're tracking the car extensively.
