APR mqb Intake question

I have had my APR intake for almost 20k miles now and need to clean the filter. Does anyone know how to go about cleaning this filter, i.e. Does the filter need to be oiled? Thank you!

Spray filter cleaning solution (if you have it) after cleaning with water on it and let it sit til dry. You can then re spray oil on it if you want, not 100% necessary.

Thank you guys. I know some filters need to be oiled just wasn't sure if this one needs to be.
