then they were probably telling the truth, toe is only adjustable via the eccentric bolt on the upper/lower camber arms. hence if you go to adjustable camber arms with more range you really want adjustable toe arms as well.

Nah, the tech was not using the upper arms bolt in the equation… just doing what he could with the lower. Before I was running the adj toe arms we were able to get -3.8 of camber with .03 of toe in (zero and toe out was possible too) and still could have pushed the - camber more if needed, all with stock arms.
