No brake clearance issues without spacers, they were mainly for looks. I ran them without spacers before I added a bunch of front camber and the inside lip did rub the tie rod ends at full lock. No rub at all with the spacers.

They have 11,000 street miles and right at 40 auto-x runs on them. I would guess that's somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 "track" miles.

The conversion is just a lugbolt-to-stud conversion. The wheels are the VW 5x112. This is the complete wheel/tire/lug/stud/spacer setup I ran. Everything works perfect together as a set.
