Got mine in and installed. It's absolutely fantastic. Mounts in a few minutes and is solid as a rock! Great quality. Highly recommend over the platypus and other tow-hook mounts.

Why is it 'way better' than a tow hook mount? I'm very happy with mine, which is way better than blocking any part of the air intake.

The positioning of this actually doesn't block any intake. GolfRDad has a good YouTube video of its installation here

I ordered one for my R. It fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I thought The off center plate was going to bother me, but it didn’t at all. He includes all of the mounting hardware and is responsive to questions. I highly recommend this option.
