Performance rebuild on IS20

GPOP did mine, which is the one Lord_Flexington is running. I don't know of any other options, or even if GPOP is still doing it.

I spoke with them about this in September:

We are all out of stock of the parts that are needed to rebuild and upgrade the turbos, and we probably won't be able to get them anytime soon. So unfortunately we won't be able to help you with this one.
