Recent inspection revealed the following

The camshaft adjuster magnet is leaking oil. The intake camshaft adjuster magnet is leaking oil out of the electrical connector . Technician noted the oil is accumulating in back of the Cam Bridge down to the bell housing . Technician recommends replacing the intake camshaft magnet adjuster and performing the Cam Bridge reseal to start and then steam cleaning the engine and rechecking for additional oil leaks

What it is a fair charge for thi repair

Clean it all off, do a few miles and look where the oil is coming from exactly. Mine was the magnet seals, replaced them and it has been fine ever since. They do tent to weep but if it is running do ...... Hang on the bell housing is the other side of the engine the cam fazers are on the O/S in UK N/S in US of the car where the aux belt is isn't it?
