That looks like my slip log i sent george the other day. I ran jb1 5.0 with no problems. Jb4 for sure has more torq.
Matt your absolute numbers are close to what i was getting , running these additive numbers. No clutch slip with this and it is smooth and runs strong up top. Helps with traction too.my car is stock pp with injen intake.
This is a good start point for stock 6mt on stock clutch

I think I will leave as is and review again when the weather warms up a bit. Out of interest, are you still on your factory clutch?

Yep i am and actually going IS38 on the stock clutch!! I think I might be the first to do this but I have the money if I need to replace it lol

Here is a couple logs I got today. Everything looks good to me. My trims are at about 45, which might be concerning? Other than that I had one timing correction on one cylinder after a gear change. Looks like there is no problem with these settings for safety.

Am I reading that correctly? I think I know how to see when to turn down boost, but is there a way to know when to turn it up besides "you'll know when you went too far"?

I said I was going to change it to Map 2, log for safety and for fun and then leave it. Now all I want to do is mess with it and fiddle for every bit of power. I already was, but now I am really budgetting for a clutch.

Car has a ebay downpipe with a highflow cat, stock intake and intercooler. Running an e30 blend.

I was trying to run a more aggressive Map 6 with George's help. He recommended throwing some E85 to smoothen everything out. Any thoughts? You guys are experts on this from what I have read, I value your input!

EDIT: George said they look fine

He said they were OK? It seemed like a fair amount of corrections to me. I would have lowered it 1-2psi from 4500 on personally, but maybe the CSV logs are a bit easier to read and datazap is making them look worse than it actually is.

I can PM you the CV logs if you wanted to see them. I'm not really good at reading them so that's why I was asking :)

Looks good. First log has a little correction but second is clean so I wouldn't change anything :)

My JB4 is on the way. Suggestions for starting point on MAP6 running 91 oct? Not looking at blending fuels. Looking to get most with only running 91. Thanks in advance.

The obvious solution seems to be to run some logs with Map 1 and see how it looks; then, if ok, do the same with Map 2. If still ok at Map 2 then use that as a baseline for growth on Map 6. If Map 2 has issues then you know your optimal will be in between and you can use Map 1 as a baseline and start from there. If you're going to do this you have to put some time (perhaps significant time) in yourself.

+1 run map 1 and 2 and you can get an idea of a good map 6 setting by analyzing the logs.

I got my JB4 installed last night and as soon as I opened the garage there was 3 inches of snow :( can't wait to have some clear roads to log on!

Remember though when "copying" map 1 or 2 you need to log, find those additive targets (or absolute boost request) and then manually enter those into map 6. Even if you come from map 1 the values in map 6 are the defaults for map 6 (not the map 1 settings you just used).
