Crazy High Oil Consumption - 1.4 TSI Automatic 2013 Mk7

Need some advice please.

I have a well maintained 2013 mk7 1.4 petrol automatic. But it is using a LOT of oil and I cannot figure out what it could be and would appreciate advice/experience please?

It does generally lightly smoke white smoke form the exhaust but not huge amounts.

There are no oil leaks under the car. It is using about 1 Litre oil for around 750 miles.

Its probably your piston rings I had the same issue but just not as much oil being used as yourself best to get some tests done before it gets worse.
