CEL P2184 Help!

Need some help guys I have a 2017 VW GOLF R, I am getting Cel code P2184
Engine Coolant Temperature
Sensor 2 Circuit Low
Status:
static

I changed the 1 sensor on the coolant pipe by the frame rail, cleared the code but still pops up any input would help on how to get rid of this code

Change the sensor on the block.

I can do that , but I did test it by
Unplugging it giving p0118 code, then plugged it back in and cleared the codes only p2184 stayed, you
Sure it’ll fix the issue by changing it ?

I would suggest checking wiring at connector and along harness then for the radiator coolant sensor you replaced. Maybe a mouse chewed through it.

That’s the first thing I checked not a single tear, even checked with my volt meter and there was 2.xx volts coming out of it
