Yeah, they beeped but only sensed the wall which was about a foot further back than the window, I thought I had a little more to go and then - crunch

I literally can't help myself ! Tried to kick the habit but can see myself at the top of another slippery slope.

Going in to VW next week as I have an annoying creaking sound coming from the drivers door. Sounds like plastic rubbing on the window. It's been getting progressively worse over the last two weeks so I thought I'd let them take a look. Can't have noises like that on a 3 month old car !
