I have the CTS catted (not that it matters) DP installed with a 'J' type O2 spacer from Amazon that I ran for a week of commuting (~300 miles) before my APR stage 2 tune and never got a CEL.

I have the same spacer on my catted CTS downpipe. I always had a CEL. I finally got rid of it by welding another bung after the cat and relocating the o2 sensor. It seems pretty hit or miss as to whether you'll get ta CEL or not.

I should've added that I used the smallest holed pill that came with the spacer.

I have a CTS catless and 42DD spacer and no CEL ever. Had it on for 10k miles
