So my Gold account expires on the 21st and I decided to go ahead and update it. Now my current card on account has expired as well so I went ahead an tried to add a different card on file, but that didn't work, so I had to do it through the 360's dashboard. Now on the XboxLive account thing online, there are both cards.

Now my issues are:

-I can't delete the old card on file "due to an error", why and how?

-And which card will be charged? The newest one added or the oldest card on file?

-And I have an automatic renewal, but since I added a new card, will it be automatically renewed to the new card?

I'd call up customer service when you have a chance and get everything properly squared away.

If the card expired and they took the transaction yay for you. If it charged the new card, then it will bill the new one when renewal comes around.

True true, but Mircosoft customer service is worse than the DMV.

I can't even find a goddamn number to call, and under the FAQ section, there is no reference to LIVE whatsoever, only "Messenger".

FUCK>

Technically I'm on and can still play live now, so....when the 21st comes around we'll see.
