It is expected that the European Performance Pack will be offered during the GTI’s lifecycle.

But all the articles today are speculating just 210 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque for the US spec GTI.

My 2012 is pushing 282hp and 318 lb-ft of torque. Hopefully the new R will match or exceed that.
