I would suggest black roof film with Maxton Spoiler but you might not want to with dark paint. Maybe gloss carbon fiber?

It gets hot in TN. Why the black roof? Simply for aesthetics?Go BIG!

It gets cold in Tennessee too. I lived in Nashville for 5 years and it was about the same as it is here in Delaware.
