I picked up the AKD projector lights off of AliExpress, thinking I was just buying the housings. My plan was to use my DDMtuning HID set-up with them, but yesterday I was test fitting them and trying them out and they already came with LED bulbs pre-installed. Should I just install them as is or would there be advantages to putting in my HID set-up-I feel like I know I can trust them at least, because they have been trouble-free for years whereas I have no clue the level of quality of any LED bulbs that may have been put in the housings. Does that make sense? How have other folks who purchased Vlands/Ed's/BMP Tuning handled this.
I have to hope the daytime running lights never give me problems because it doesn't look like those are serviceable.
