Hi Don,

I have DRL dim with turn signal coded. So I have conflicting Leuchte2SL and Leuchte3SL settings as compared to what is required for this tweak.

With this more recent code that you have suggested, is the intention to override Leuchte2SL/3SL settings with Leuchte4TFL/5TFL settings?

Edit: I tried the 4TFL/5TFL coding with my existing DRL dim on signal coding and it had no effect.

^^^^ Nype: Difficult to say with certainty without knowing how you programmed the complete Leuchte-set. I've implemented this tweak on my mk7 and it works great! But my car has incandescent headlights.

If you post-up a complete list of values for one of the DRL Leuchte-set (where you have Lichtfunktion G populated already) -I'll take a look and tell where to squeeze-in the command

Remove NAR restrictions - headlights:

Check Fault Codes (should be none)

Byte 3 - Uncheck bit 0

*** Error will show on dash (Error: AFS)

Nype: OK -thanks for the listing. In the hope that it's educational, I've reorganised your list into more logical sequence. My picture below hopefully shows how the 19 x adaptation channels are related to one another.

You can see that the first three channels are the set-up values for the Leuchte-set. This is then followed by 4 x Banks with each bank being the programmable lamp functions

Each "Alpha" tells the Central electrics control module what light function to perform and each alpha-pair within a Bank is then controlled by the values that you set for dim level and dim direction

In terms of your tweak, change Lichtfunktion B3 as shown and you will also need to make the same change to the Leuchte-set for the left-side DRL which is Leuchte2SL VLB10 (i.e. change Lichtfunktion B3)

It would normally not be kosher to have the new locking acknowledgement function so low in the Bank numbers because this would cause a conflict when multiple functions are switched-on at the same time. But I'm hoping that this is not an issue in your case because there ought not be any other lamp function switched on when you lock/unlock the doors. But let me know if this is a problem and we can move some of the programming within the Banks (notice that Bank 2 in your Leuchte-set is unused)

Of course you will still need to make the changes to the 2 x channels in Dyn. turn signal modes group

Yep, dims when indicating. I copied part of your coding because I couldn't figure out why my left drl dims but right didn't. Seems to be an issue with LB4 and RB32 not matching on my car. I can pm you my values tomorrow.
