Yeah it seems that while its a new platform these prices will be up quite a bit. Im pretty sure it will go down end of the year or so.

Everything Neuspeed these days costs big money for some reason. I wanted to get their rear sway bar and end end-links, but there is no way I'm paying over $550 for just a rear bar setup!! I love supporting american made products, but not when I can pick up a ST rear bar of the same size from ECS for $169 lol.

Doesn't seem like anything special.. Strange it references a heat shield but I'm not seeing anything that isolates filter from hot air in engine bay.

With Neuspeed over the other options, this will be CARB exempt where all other intakes are not.

Generally initially pricing on a lot of things can be higher due to production costs as well as any certification costs such as CARB approval process.
