I had a really good deal available to me on a full set of brakes off an MK4 R32 but after alot of research I cannot confirm if they will bolt up. I know ECS sells the MK5 kit with carries and those do fit. It also seems that we share the same carrier spacing as the MK6. I cannot figure out if the MK4 is the same.

I would be getting MK4 R32 capliers, carriers, SS lines, rear rubber brake hoses, and hardware all stock. The front rotors are 334x32mm and the rear rotors are 256x22mm.

Here is a link to the ECS kit and it appears to use stock MK5 carriers.

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Mk.IV two-piston calipers? They won't fit.
Same with the rears. You certainly don't want to run (smaller) 256 mm rotors.
If you ask me, not a great idea.

I had a MKIV R32, and even though I have a PP GTI now, I can tell you that the standard brakes on a MKVII GTI are better than the MKIV R32, the PP brakes even more so. Like breaking badly said, it's not a great idea.
