Mercedes wheels fit?

Boomers

Ready to race!
I found a set of nice 16" inch 5 spoke mercedes wheels, would be perfect for my winter setup. Anyone know if they fit? From the research I did, seems they have the same bolt pattern but the rest I don't know.

Yea bolt pattern is the same

Normally the offset is pretty good to depends what brakes you have will you clear them with 16's?

I'm assuming yes, the spare tire is a 16 and I know some people in here are running 16's in winter as well. I would prefer 17's for a bit stiffer sidewall but at almost twice the price...no thanks.

You'll have to run hubrings... Mercedes center bore is 66.6 and VW is 57.1.

Also most Mercedes wheels but not all will need extended ball seat 43mm bolts for proper fitment.

66.6 - 57.1 Hub Centric Rings (set) -

Ball Seat 14x1.5x43mm Wheel Bolts (Priced Each) -

Bump from the dead so anyone that comes across this won't end up with the wrong lugs. There is a difference between Mercedes and VW ball seats, one is actually a bigger radius of a ball. The link you provided is to ES#224 which is VW. ES#226 is for Mercedes ball seats.

Here are the links you'll need
