Chillin in the DMV...

I got here 45 minutes before they opened and there were 63 people (yes, I counted) in line outside before me. By the time the doors opened the line wrapped around the back of the parking lot and was out of sight.

A state trooper was stationed outside to keep people from jumping in before the people in line had gone in. This place is crazy busy. On the plus side, I'm number 11 in my category.

I usually go around 11 or 2. Those seen to be the least busy times. Early morning is the busiest so people can get to work. Lunch time can be hit or miss. Just before or just after lunch is the best.
