Golf R rear bumper on a GTD

Was just wondering if a Golf R rear would fit on a GTD, they're pretty much the same bumper just the design is different at the bottom, has anyone tried this?

It is a straight swap. Gonna look weird however since the R bumper flares out near the wheelwell to match the R side skirt.

What's the reason for wanting to swap anyway?

just looking at options want to go remus quad exhaust at the back, most likely get the Remus rear diffuser instead and just stick the GTD bumper

Oh yeah. There are a few options for dual or quad exhaust tips that work with the standard bumper.
