Not so long after that rear wiper was deleted. Looks so much better and cleaner.

Where did you source this from?

All the Ali express ones seem to sell the LHD version only (I can't see why they would be different to the RHD version).

Can you post a link or PM me please?

Many thanks.

When brakes were done I went for annual MOT inspection and failed on broken rear spring. Fukin fat passengers, never again. Bastards from same garage wanted 140£ for replacement. Daylight robbery. Did it by myself for 60£ at home in a rain 😁

Previous owner was woman and of course clutch was dead, thank you.

My favourite upgrade so far is LED taillights. I wanted two rear fogs as in stock there is only one. Looks ugly.

So to get two fogs I changed inner section from LHD car. So one inner section is standart RHD and another one is LHD. Outside sections doesnt matter as far as they are with amber indicators. To make it to work you need to install new wire from left inner light to right inner light and do some coding.

With summer just behind the corner I will start to travel a lot more and I need roof rack for our bikes and possibly roof box too.

I was looking for low desing and not sticking out roof bars in black. Found Thule in silver, didnt like it, too expensive and ugly. Checked on VW ones too, naaah. And then I found some made in Poland just what I need. AGURI.

When roof bars were fitted I needed to buy bike holders. I got 3 bikes to take and again I wanted something in good price, black and safe. I found Thule Freeride 530 in black, but becouse that model is very old I could not found 3 of them but only 2. So I lifted my price cap bit higher and I found Thule Freeride 532 but only in silver. I can repaint it at any time when I want so its not a problem at all. Found them on ebay 59£ a piece. Put them in basket with hope that I will get an offer after couple of days. Bingo, after 2 days received offer 50.41£, fukin bargain. But, there was one but, I could buy only one for that price. Damn. Okay I bought one. I asked my brother to buy one from his account and one I bought from my wifes account. What a stupid ebay system that it allows to buy only one piece on offer per customer. So I tricked it with different accounts and got all three for 50.41 each. Bargain.

To install them without clamps you can use Thule 532 T-bolt for clean clook. Ordered 9 of them, 3 for each holder.

20240322_112735.jpg

Install was very simple and straight forward. Thule T-bolts fits just perfectly in Aguri roof bar.
20240322_112806.jpg,20240322_113528.jpg

I know that you suppose to cut rubber seal but I dont wanna cut anything as water will get in into bar channel. So I just pinched holes for bolts and I think it looks and works so much better as it gives rubber support underneath and is not scratching bars.

Test drive to follow.
