I've been looking for years for a used or discounted set (with heating). Vivid Racing seems like the default price. JPM Coachworks sells (and re-trims) too. Joseph at JPM Coachworks said Recaro is REALLY strict on their pricing, they don't allow discounts or markups on most seats.
If you plan on getting them retrimmed with custom designs and stuff, Recaro Max on eBay and Facebook would be your best option. They are located in Germany so I think they have different costs. About $3800 shipped for fully customizable fabrics and designs, also includes airbags, heating, and occupancy sensors. Normally you'd pay about $1700 per seat for new with heat, then around another $900 per seat for a quality custom re-trim, and that doesn't include an airbag. Recaro Max would save you around $1600 total. That doesn't consider brackets and sliders.
